Your online booking agreement.

An invoice for 50% of the total cost.

For projects that require extra support—such as intricate planning, site visits, or additional time from our specialists—we may include a consultancy fee to cover their time and expertise, ensuring the highest standard of delivery.

To keep costs low, we operate with a lean core team and trusted contractors, minimizing overheads. To cover essential business expenses, we apply a nominal 2% fee to all jobs, ensuring transparency and fairness.
